NOEMA Winery, founded by American investor David Wittig, focuses on showcasing the Xinomavro grape variety through new expressions and PDO wines. It began experimentally in 2021 and already offers the labels Eruption (rosé) and Invicta (red with barrel aging), while recently adding a white Xinomavro and Sauvignon Blanc. Its vineyards are located in the Amyntaio region, overlooking Lake Petres and Mount Voras, and the winery collaborates with local growers and winemakers.

NOEMA primarily targets exports, highlighting the unique origin of its grape variety.
