Marchesi Mazzei, Villa Marcello, Zisola
Mazzei 1435 is one of the oldest family-owned wineries in Tuscany, with winemaking traditions going back to 1435. Their estates: Castello di Fonterutoli, Belguardo and Zisola.
Their wines are known for balancing tradition and innovation: the classics of Chianti Classico based on Sangiovese, while also producing “Super Tuscan” styles that blend international grapes like Merlot and Cabernet.
Wines such as Siepi, blending Sangiovese and Merlot in equal parts, show elegance, complexity and power, while Concerto is a flagship example of structure and harmony amongst their premium wines.
